Shield Engineering Group provided design services for the reconstruction of Vogt Street, Crenshaw Street, Rufus Street, Burton Avenue and Donalee Street. The project included both limited and full design of paving, water mains and sanitary sewer mains.

Shield’s design called for concrete paving, sidewalk and driveway improvements, as well as  ADA accessible ramps, water mains, gate valves and five fire hydrants. Sanitary sewer improvements were done by both pipe-busting and open cut methods.
