Shield Engineering is providing civil engineering design services for the City of Kennedale’s 2012 Master Thoroughfare Plan. Collett Sublett Road has been recognized as an important route linking two primary roadways.

The design for this project includes improvements to approximately 1,560LF of roadway, sidewalk, curbs and gutters. Approximately 1,365LF  of outdated water lines and 1,312LF of sanitary sewer lines will be decommissioned and replaced. Additionally, approximately 451LF of stormwater improvements will consist of replacing underground drainage pipes and installing two new above-ground drainage channels.
