Jean-Marie is the COO and co-founder of Shield Engineering, specializing in managing civil engineering projects for public clients. With a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering sector, Jean-Marie has a track record of managing complex projects, from public infrastructure improvements and residential developments to municipal parks and storm drain systems.
Jean-Marie’s keen eye for design detail has proven herself to be an efficient and effective team leader, focusing on quality control and cost-effective solutions while ensuring projects meet her rigorous standards. She serves on the ACEC Texas Board of Directors and contributes to the Fort Worth Central City Channel Bypass project as a Stormwater Project Manager for the City of Fort Worth.
