Shield Engineering Group is providing Civil Engineering design services for a 99-lot single-family residential development located west of I-35 along FM 1187 in Crowley, Texas. Services include water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, pond design, TxDOT connection & surveying. Shield’s design also includes a proposed commercial tract for future development, an extension of the pedestrian access path along FM 1187 and a centralized park/playground area.
