Shield Engineering is providing civil engineering design services for a subdivision in Avondale, TX. This subdivision consists of 172 acres and 527 residential lots, with a total of three phases.

The project includes services such as water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, paving, grading and lighting improvements. Major elements of this project include 16” and 24” water mains, which are intended to support the growing regional water needs in the area.

A full lift station and force main system have been designed to help move wastewater from lower to higher elevations. These were designed to serve not only the Cattleman’s subdivision but also nearby properties.
